This page will include resources to help coaches run their individual programs. The goal of the Oriole Diamond Club Baseball program on the field is to help to build a successful program from bottom to top. We will be working very closely with Varsity Coach, Ryan Sturm, to ensure that our strategies in practice and in games are aligned in order to maintain consistency throughout the entire baseball program. Coaches at the youth levels will be responsible for coaching their own teams and implementing their own practice plans, but we will have plenty of resources available to everyone that will help to ensure that we are all on the same page and working to the same goals, after all we are all on the same TEAM!!! The following documents are all contained in the Coaches Books that were given out at the beginning of the season. The drills that are listed in the practice plans are all designed to be interchangeable with the drills in the complete lists. Drills are also set up in order to build starting from 8U and on up so we aren't necessarily repeating ourselves but building from one level to the next. All equipment needed for any of the drills is located in the storage room at Fandry Park.

These are all simply resources that we're making available to everyone, Coaches are ultimately responsible for coaching their own teams, this is all being provided to make it as easy as possible for coaches to set up practices and make them as productive and efficient as possible.
